The annual Strand Race meeting is to be held once more on Sandbank at Courtmacsherry on 04 September 2010.

This is a hugely exciting and popular family event rarely seen now in Ireland that attracts the best horses and jockeys and a large crowd served by professional Totes!

There is also a "Best Dressed Lady Competition" and last year the former Miss World Roseanne Davidson made a guest appearance - we appreciate that it will be hard to beat that this year but you never know what might happen in Courtmacsherry! Place your bets now!
